Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh Panels

Galvanized welded wire mesh panels are metal mesh products covered by a zinc layer, which consists of mutually perpendicular steel wires resistance-welded at each intersection. Welded wire mesh with smaller wire diameter and mesh opening is also called hardware cloth. Due to its economy and durability, it is widely used in commercial, construction, and industrial fields.

There are four types of galvanizing methods for welding sheets, namely electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, first-plating followed by welding, and first-welding followed by plating.

Electro-galvanizing, commonly known as cold-dip galvanizing, is the process of forming a uniform, dense, and well-bonded zinc deposition layer on the surface of the steel wire by means of electrolysis.

Hot-dip galvanizing is an anti-rust method that places steel parts in molten zinc to obtain a metal protective layer on the plated parts.

Galvanized before welding is a manufacturing method in which a series of transverse and longitudinal pre-galvanized steel wires are welded together to form square openings.

Galvanized after welding is a manufacturing method in which a series of parallel and vertical simple steel wires are welded together to form a metal mesh with a square opening, and then the whole metal mesh is placed in molten zinc liquid to obtain a layer of zinc layer on the whole surface .
